by His mercy, writer can finish the report on time. The report is made as the
requirement to have school examination year 2013 / 2014.

I
INTRODUCTION
A. BACKGROUND
Public
service is an activity or series of activities in order to meet basic needs in
accordance with the civil rights of every citizen and resident of the goods,
services, and or administrative services provided by service providers public.
To
meet the needs of administration and student information, public service are
also applied in BBLKI Surakarta. Essential public services in the company
because it can increase the trust and trust is the basic requirement for cooperation.
Related
to public services, the writer wants to apply through this report about the
writer knowledge got from school and practical activities got from the
institution of OJT program.
B. OBJECTIVES
The objectives of the
job training in business world are :
Ø To
introduce the students to business and industrial world
Ø To
understand about implementation of the theory of office administration in real
business world
Ø To
increase student capability in office administration department
Ø To
train the students mentality
Ø To
train discipline and responsibility to finish the task.
CHAPTER
II
PRODUCTION
PROCESS
A. TIME AND PLACE
The
implementation of Job Training has been held in 1st March until 25th
April 2013, in Balai Besar Latihan Kerja Industri (BBLKI) Surakarta. Jl.
Bhayangkara No.38 Surakarta.
B. MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENTS
Material
and equipment needed to support the activity are like:
v Computer
v Printer
v Paper
v Diskette
or flashdisk
v Stationery
v Absent
v Bag
v Photo
copy machine
C. THEORITICAL REVIEW
1. Law
No. 25 of 2009 on Public Service defines public service as followes : Public
service is an activity or series of activities in order to meet service
requirements in accordance with the laws for all citizens and residents of the
goods, services, and/ or administrative services provided by the organizers
public service.
2. Public
service according to Roth (1926 : 1) is as follows : Public services are
defined as services that are available to the public, both in general (such as
in a museum) or specifically (as in institution).
3. While
Lewis and Gilman (2005 : 22) defines public service as follows : Public service
is a public trust. Citizens expect public services to serve with honesty and
appropriate resource management, and accountable to the public. Public services
fair and accountable generate public confidence. Needed public service as a
pillar of ethics and public trust as a basis to create a good goverment.

students, in serving students there are some activities, such as:
Ø Distributing
of stationery
Distributing of stationery to new
training students such as, folio-sized folder, book, bolpoint, pencil, ruler,
eraser, bag, etc.
Ø Handling
training schedule
The schedule has been determined by
staff typed, printed, and distributed to training students, to then be used as
a guide during the training period.
Ø Recapitulating
attendance
Attendance
of students who have completed training and then systematically re-record into
a computer, to determine the number of students that A, S, or I for training
(per week).
Ø Certification
Students who have passed/ completed
the training received certificates that have been made by the organizers part.
Certificates can be used to apply for a job.
F. RESULT
With
on the job training the writer gets more skill and new experience. Those are
giving a good service to the trained students, inputing data, discipline, and
making a good connection with other employes.
CHAPTER
III
FINDING
A. IMPLEMENTATION
The
proponent factors of Job Training are :
Ø Motivation
and support from all people.
Ø Good
cooperation between the staffsin BBLKI Surakata and the students who having Job
Training.
Ø There
is no discrimination between CEO, staffs and the students.
Ø The
materials and equipments well available.
The
inhibiting factors of Job Training are :
Ø Sometimes
the students are bored because the job for each trained students spent very
long time.
Ø The
students is very bored if the deadline is still long.
Ø The
senior is too busy so can’t give guidance directly.
B. BENEFIT
B.1. BENEFIT FOR SCHOOL
Ø Implementation
of the field work, the school is able to improve the relationship with the
company.
Ø Ableto
develop other partnership, such as the exchange of experts.
Ø Able
to relevance curriculum subject to the needs of the workforce.
B.2. BENEFIT FOR INSTITUTION
Ø Implementation
of the field work, the company is expected to increase partnership with
schools.
Ø Being
able to see the potential ability participants possessed students of the Job
Training, so it will be easier to plan an increase in the field of Human
Resources.
Ø Helping
agency/ company in completing daily tasks during the Job Training.
B.3. BENEFIT FOR STUDENT
Ø By
following the Job Training, students are expected to improve the ability of
hard skills and soft skills.
Ø Can
obtain a picture of the world of work will be useful for students when students
have completed vocational education bench, so it can adjust to the working
hard.
Ø Can
apply the knowledge and skills you have acquired in school as well as add
insight and experience.
Ø Improve
discipline and responsibility in the work place.
CHAPTER
IV
CLOSING
A. CONCLUSION
The
conclusion that writer can take from this report are :
Ø The
students could get a lot of new knowledge from the business world beside the
knowledge from school.
Ø By
following the Job Training the student could increase the discipline in
everything.
Ø This
final task report could train the responsibilities of the students.
B. SUGGESTION
Ø The
students in the Job Training must be able to keep the good will of the ammeter.
Ø The
teachers must put the student on the right place based on the student’s
capabilities.
Ø The
time for have On The Job Training must long time.
